I’ve started eating breakfast again. Not strong enough yet to make the infamous power shakes…and that is really what I should be drinking. Instead, I’ve found this strange little combination that seems to both comfort my soul, and pleases my palate.
The tangy herb flavor of Boursin Cheese, topped with my own home-made black raspberry jam from the forest this summer. And that’s a start…
