I love a sharp, crisp border to go around my photos before I print them — and they are quick and easy to add if you are using Photoshop Elements.
Open your photo in your Elements edit space.
Click File, Resize, Canvas Size.
When the pop-up window opens, add your border — I usually change it to .5 inches, width and height — but here, you can experiment.
Make sure “relative” is checked. Next, choose the color for the border, mine, of course, is white.
Click OK, and you’re done!
