I like the idea of calling this a dessert/appetizer because it’s the kind of dish you can set out at a party in the kitchen, and soon, everyone is reaching into the pan, with the serving spoon, as if it’s the greatest dip in the world.
This is preeminent, because the dish not only tastes good, it is healthy, easy to make, and fast. It’s foolproof too — so you can’t mess this up. How many foods fit these requirements? Few. So, it’s preeminent. The next time you are invited to a party, or throwing one, let this dish be the first friend on your invitation list.
