My diva friend calls me, saying I must rush out to get the latest copy of Domino Magazine. There, she says, “is the blueprint for your lake house.” The missing accent color – “the color that would pull it all together is right there on those pages. You even have those metal stairs in your lake house.”

I know, the colors of those doors look Navy, but a quick check at the paint store reveals they are actually a deep charcoal gray, Days End, by Benjamin Moore. The ceiling trim and walls were painted to match Thom’s boat.
It’s masculine, but not to “lodgey.” The colors of a lake house are much different than the colors of a beach house — a concept Thom clearly understands.

Check out those tree stumps he uses for tables. And the deer head on the wall – just like the bass we’ll soon have.
And not to be missed — the workbench he turned into a bar…

I would love to have Thom come redecorate my house!
love it!!!
Very GROOVY.
