This is my favorite meal to cook and eat. Bacon — what an indulgence it is. A gift, really. I fry it crispy, sometimes along with some kale , while I’m busy mixing a few eggs with milk, salt and bit of dry mustard powder.
Next, I throw everything into a baking dish — the eggs are uncooked, the bacon and kale are crispy — and let it bake until the eggs are set — just a few minutes.
