I’m trying not to resist them. Trying to embrace them as potentially bringing some kind of health/healing benefit… because nothing in nature could be all that bad, right? But there are not my friend, and I’m sure they are not your friend either. I bought a package of small white t-shirts to keep my clothes from getting ruined, and some days are worse than others. But this protocol does not completely eliminate them but is working to make them more manageable. And maybe, will, eventually heal this imbalance.
