Dinner Party for Ten

The beginning

  • Glazed pork loin with pears and onions
  • Roasted beets with feta, walnuts and fresh herbs and vinaigrette
  • Salad, Bread and Dessert (brownie ice cream sundaes) were provided by the guests.

Fresh herbs from my garden (a surprise!) made their way into the beets.

The end. I find the next morning’s aftermath of a great dinner party just as beautiful as the beginning…
