The beginning
- Glazed pork loin with pears and onions
- Roasted beets with feta, walnuts and fresh herbs and vinaigrette
- Salad, Bread and Dessert (brownie ice cream sundaes) were provided by the guests.
Fresh herbs from my garden (a surprise!) made their way into the beets.
The end. I find the next morning’s aftermath of a great dinner party just as beautiful as the beginning…
